Stop-Dance

a tantric meditation by Veet Marco

Meditation from Osho: The Book of Secrets, sutra 25. The stop technique to have a glimpse of the inner space, and dancing to lose ourselves in the dance.

  •   Dance playfully, be totally lost in dancing and when the music stops, you also stop.
  •   For few minutes be still, like a statue aware of whatever is happening inside/outside.
  •   Then the music starts again and you dance again.
  •   Dancing and stopping several times and when the music fades out, lie down; relaxing until the sound of the gong.
