Welkom!
Coming back to the Body
The body is our book of life, all our experiences are registered in the body. In this taster we will work with some of the specific bodywork practices that we apply through our groups, to deeply connect with the body. This allows us to get grounded in the body and open to some of the experiences the body has been holding for us. We process what comes up and restore our energy flow. Through this process we can come in touch once again with our aliveness as well as our solidity, supporting us to reconnect with our sense of Self, which comes from feeling rooted in our body.
Adhira de Grip
Born in the Netherlands, Adhira studied medicine in Rotterdam finishing in 1997 and lived and worked in various countries as a medical doctor, including in New Zeeland, England, before returning to her home country some years ago. During her years as a medical doctor she followed her curiosity and her heart about a deeper health and healing, the path of the Soul, motivated by her own healing journey and studied and trained in various alternative and healing approaches. This resulted in a decision to change career to become a psychotherapist.
She studied at the Essential Psychotherapy Institute (EPI, based in the Netherlands), where she is now working as a facilitator, and she works as an Essential Therapist in Netherlands since 2018, giving therapeutic sessions, meditations and inner child session, in person and online. She also gives evening groups, assisted by Imani student of the Essential Psychotherapy Institute, including Inner Child and Inner Structure groups and will start a new series of Bodywork groups in September. Since April 2025 she was also appointed as a New Teacher in the Diamond Logos Teachings.
