Welcome to a powerful transformative evening for 3.5 hours, will make you fully energised to start the week !
Dassana Bambi and Rohit will take you on this guided journey to feel and express various stages of awareness, understanding and meditation, AUM.
This powerful 12-stage journey will help you explore and release emotions in a safe and supportive space through breathing, anger, chaos, love, sadness, laughter, forgiveness, silence and bliss, you’ll transition through emotions, reconnecting with yourself and others.
Some parts of this process you will be alone and parts connected with others . It may involve screaming, intimacy ( clothes on) , hugging therefore if you want to practice building connection, connecting to your own truth, setting boundaries, able to learn transition from one feeling to another, this may be the perfect place for you!
AUM meditation has been created by Veeresh as a gift to Osho. People at the end of this deep process feel energized, connected, silent, blissful, peaceful, and passionate about life.
