Your nervous system shapes every aspect of your life; your emotions, energy, sleep, digestion, relationships, and your ability to feel safe, connected, and present.

Modern life often keeps us in survival mode: fight, flight, freeze, or fawn. When the nervous system remains in these states for too long, we may experience anxiety, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, exhaustion, physical tension, numbness, difficulty relaxing, and disconnection from ourselves and others.

In a safe, closed group, we will explore practical and embodied ways to regulate the nervous system through medicine movement, breath, conscious touch, and authentic human connection. As trust develops within the group, the body naturally begins to soften, allowing us to experience the healing power of co-regulation; the profound way our nervous systems help one another return to safety and ease.

I'm Dassana Bambi, based in The Hague. I lived in Sweden for 15 years, Athens for 3 years, and was born in Turkey, the homeland of my favorite mystical poet, Rumi.

For over 25 years, I've been exploring and sharing mindfulness, embodiment, conscious relating, and personal growth. I've studied with inspiring teachers from around the world, blending Eastern wisdom, modern psychology, somatic practices, and practical tools that support everyday life.

I've participated in 20+ embodiment and conscious festivals across Europe, attended 20 Burning Man events, and organized workshops, dance events, festivals, and transformational gatherings. My approach is warm, playful, grounded, and heart-centered, creating spaces where people feel safe to reconnect with themselves and others in an authentic way.

Living with ADHD has taught me to embrace my creativity, curiosity, humor, sensitivity, and dynamic energy. These qualities naturally flow into every space I facilitate, making each experience both grounded and heart-centered, while offering practical tools that participants can integrate into their daily lives.

Alongside group events, I also offer private coaching on a wide range of life topics, as well as massage and bodywork sessions. My intention is to support people in reconnecting with their natural vitality, awakening their Passion of Life, and cultivating greater presence, freedom, joy, and meaningful connection with themselves and others.
