Hatha Morning Yoga
Everyone who wants to discover a way of getting control of body and mind is invited for our Hatha lessons on Wednesdays.
Hatha yoga is a complex of basic breathing exercises, physical poses and some meditation states during the whole practice.
By doing yoga you do not only train your body but also become more aware of your all systems: physical and mental.
The classes are based on a Sivananda Yoga what is a complete healing system designed to help the body maintain a natural healthy state. Level of this yoga activity is a middle one meaning that it is not very active and not very slow, it is perfectly balanced system. Our teacher Julia Leda ( Registered Yoga Teacher 200 hours) uses a classical and holistic approach to Hatha Yoga that stretches and tones the whole body, there will be some classical poses used ,mixed with some more modern flow-yoga poses to make sure that every beginner-student can do a class feeling comfortable, safe and motivated.

Level: anyone can join to try, beginners and with no experience.
What to bring?: please bring your own yoga/sport mat if you have, bottle water to drink and wear comfortable clothes. We do yoga wearing socks or on bare feet.
